Derivation: the same as H1196 (בַּעֲנָה);

Where it is used

• 1 Kings 4:12 Baana son of Ahilud in Taanach, in Megiddo, and in all of Beth-shean next to Zarethan below Jezreel, from Beth-shean to Abel-meholah and on past Jokmeam;
• 1 Kings 4:16 Baana son of Hushai in Asher and in Aloth;
• Nehemiah 3:4 Next to them, Meremoth son of Uriah, the son of Hakkoz, made repairs. Next to him, Meshullam son of Berechiah, the son of Meshezabel, made repairs; and next to him, Zadok son of Baana made repairs as well.
